    +1 to a good first choice for SPS. It looks very healthy too, so it should do well for you. If you have children, apologize to them now for stopping your contributions to their college fund.

    I wish I picked a monti as my first. They "usually" grow pretty quick which gives you the feeling of success!! I also wish I picked up your colored one, I see some blue polyps and it will look awesome once it gets a bit bigger!

    Should look like little flowers popping out of the tissue. they will be sporadic on the underside, but will be quite prevalent on the top side.
