I'm really new at this hobby and I didn't pay attention to the past results I was just going by the colors and they were way off before (high) I'll do some more research about the numbers I have to get. I'm not really sure if the rock was cured.

I'll try different test tomorrow when my local aquarium store opens, it has been about 2 weeks.

Thanks I was debating with my wife if it was to much rock or not but she liked it and I loved it. Thanks again.

Will do thanks, do you guys think that a Hammer or frogspawn are good to start I have seen them and they are really nice or what's a good coral to start..??

Thanks guys for all the help, I tried so many forums with no help.

Frogspawn is a good starter, so are mushrooms if you want them. I have both of these since tank was just a few weeks old.
Here ya go - Beginner Corals: Corals Suitable for Beginners in Saltwater Aquariums

Your corals will dictate what you need to keep a close eye on in the way of parameters, dosing and or water changes. Although it's not a bad idea to still have all the tests. Decide what you guys want to keep in the tank and build from there.

I have been reading non stop for about 6 months, and have barely broken the surface lol

Almost seems like its not done a full cycle or it just cycled really quick, but I couldn't imagine them dropping off that quick. If it were me, I would be on the safe side and add a dead chrimp from the seafood section at some grocery store for a week or so.

Typical diatom bloom. Will prob get worse, then in a few weeks it will slowly go away on its own. Just let it run its course. Nice looking tank.

Today's questions "Reactors" should I run them like carbon or phosphate..?? Is it recommended for a new tank..?? If yes which one and where should I put the pump from the reactor and the outlet hose in the sump..?? Pump in refugium and outlet hose in the return pump chamber..??

    Thanks.
