ok ik its not fancy (its what i could do on my budget and time when im done with college and makeing more money i will start doing more)

but hey its my first everything in there is fake except the fish, and i have a clean up crew on order/on way from reefcleaners.com, so the brown algae will go bye-bye. my fuge and tank are on oppisite 12 hour lighting. and well just let me know what you think i can take it. i figure we all gotta start somewhere lol. i just wanted to make sure i could handle the work involed with just fish before i did any reefing.

wait, what? Fake!? what do yo call fake? Plastic? Did you reed to see if all was saltwater "safe"? or was it made with aragonite and place on a mold to let dry? If the second was implemented I think you should be fine since thats basically how you can make your own liverock at home.

on the other hand if it's plastic or any manmade material and not porous. Then youl have little surface for the growth of bacteria.

I wish I could help you better but I'm also a little new to the hobby. I hope some of the more experience users give you any feedbacks.
