I added the Fishers Angel about a month ago, and on Weds I added my last 2 fish.

A tiny little Yellow Clown Goby and a Blue and Red Wrasse.

The Angel could care less about the Clown Goby, but he's literally stalking the Wrasse.
The Wrasse has found a hole in one of my mushroom rocks, where he'll just sit and poke his head out. He comes out from time to time but the Angel swarms him and forces him back into the hole.
And then the Angel just kind of circles the rock, making sure it stays in.

I have 2 black clowns and a Starry Blenny that the Angel completely leaves alone as well, just this little wrasse.

He's coming out to eat, but if he has to spend his life in a rock hole, I'd get him out...
    Just wait it out longer?

This is his little 0.5 gallon home.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
You can try moving the scape around, placing a small mirror on the outside of the tank. If it was me I would buy a breeder box and put the Wrasse in there for a few days with some rubble or pvc and see if the Angel lets up, he may not. The coloration may be triggering his aggression, some Angels just do this. I had a tiny Cherb Angel that was a terror.

Thanks for the response. I'll wait it out a few more days maybe.
The first day, the Wrasse was out and about and the Angel didn't care.
Then all of sudden the Angel was like, "Oh wait, you're new... I see you..."

Not uncommon. These dwarf Angels can be very nasty especially in small tanks. Coralline gave some good advice but your chances are not good as these fish are especially hard on newcomers.

The problem now is catching either one of them...
I could move the Fishers to my 60, but that might be unfair to it since its been stocked for like 16 months

Best bet would probably be to remove the angel to a breeder box, and move the rockwork around then reintroduce him. I always add Angels last because of this problem.
