My Girl Friends Crash

We were at MotoPark in owen sound Today and it the second last race of the season and we both race 125's. I got a 2009 cr125 and shes got a kx125 with pink plastics anyways when we race we race more to bet each other then other people so after the start we took off and hit the first 2 jumps then the first turn and then some whoops and on the next turn some kid was going to fast and hit the side of my girl friends bike and she flew over the padded wall and fell about 12feet head first on to hard dry dirt. I stop and jumped over the wall to help her and i really don't know much about first aid or anything but i do know not to move her or let her move and to keep her awake. Anyways the track people showed up and tried to get her to speak to them with no luck other then crying. When the paramedics showed up like 20mins later and gave her oxygen and some drug that calmed her down and they put on a stretcher and took her to Grey Bruce hospital for 3hours then transfered to trillium hospital in Mississauga witch is a 5hour ambulance ride. Now the bad news she broke two discs in her spin and hit her head pretty good to but the doctor says not to worry about her head.

She dose not care much about the fact that she in bed for the most part for the next 6mounts and will take a year to fully recover cause shes has a lot of morphine being pumped in to her but i know when the pain goes away and they start weening her of the morphine she going to be vary sad and its going to hurt everybody.

I would right more but it 1:06am and i just got back from the hospital and have to be back a 7am tomorrow.

Update shes going to stay in the hospital till she gets a MRI and gets weaned off the morphine. She will be able to walk but she told not to.

Morphine is a hell of a drug lol she tried to bite me

WOW ! I thought i was going to read about a tank crash. I am so sorry to hear about what happened. I cant even begin to imagine what was going through your head at the time. I hope she has a speedy recovery.


On a lighter note, if she will be having to take it easy for a while and not move around much. You need to add more livestock and coral to your tank to keep her company while you are gone to work. If that was inappropriate i apologize, just trying to lighten the mood. Hang in there and I am sure she will be fine. Good Luck.
