    Yep. Not coral. Aiptasia. Pest anemone that needs to be removed

    I had a real bad problem with aptasia when i first started, i bought a pepermint shrimp and he took care of it right away.

    There is aiptasia in the tank, but that ain't it. It's the same animal you see in the top photo, just photographed from straight up.

    One of these things actually killed an aiptasia that sprang up next to it.
