My Heart is Broken

Somehow my little poodle got out today. He got hit by a car. He was my best friend and I loved him very much. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

[glow=Brown, 1, 99%]Liz, words just don't express emotions well enough for me to tell you how I feel. I don't know what I'd do without my little friend Tinker (Tinkie Winkie). She started out to be "my wife's dog,' but since I've been so ill and I have been home so much, Tinker and I are very good friends. I don't know what I'd do without her... [smiley=bigcry.gif]

Thansk Wrass.....I know it is time for me to go to bed. NeeNee used to climb in bed with me and curl up on my shoulder and kiss my cheek until I fell asleep. Words cannot describe how deeply I loved him and much I will miss my "little white fur ball".

I do not understand the heart of someone that could run over a dog (or any other pet) and not stop to help them. I am having a hard time knowing I could not be with NeeNee in his final moments if nothing but to hold him and ease him to the other side.

If I EVER find the SOB that did this, I WILL kill them!

An unexpected event is usually the hardest to deal with, try to feel better in knowing that you and your family provided a Heaven for him on this Earth and that he is now in God's hands.
I am sad for you knowing how it feels to lose a companion that was here to only please your every need.
I am truly sorry this happened.

sorry to hear about your poodle it sux to loose a pet like that

i hated it when i had to put my cat down he was just to old and i found him laying down he couldnt even stand up. i had him for 19 years that was a tough one. my other cat is now 14 i hope she sticks around for a wile to

 

Elizabeth, I am so, so sorry for you to have lost your pup like that.  It is a cold hearted person that can run over some helpless pet like this and not stop, not try to help or go on like nothing happened. Rest in the fact that this person will get their's.  

I am at a crossroads with 1 of my whippets. She is now 14 and not doing well. I don't look forward to the day I have to decide to do something I am in no way perpared for.

Take care and know Nee-Nee is not in pain any longer.  Your heart has to heal now.

 

Elizabeth, Am writing this with tears in my eye.  I am SO SORRY for your loss.  

We have a Baby Doll Yorkie that is 5 years old and weights less than 3 lbs.
