my KH is low

    I just tested my KH and it's at 7. How bad is this? How do I raise it?
    The tank has been cycling for about 3 months now(new mini cycles every time I add more rock) and this is the first time I measured it. All else looks good.

    I brought a sample of water to the LFS for testing they did not test cal or mag but my PH was low. So now I'm re-reading the section in my book all about PH KH and the buffering system

    During the cycle Alk and PH will fluctuate quite a bit . I wouldn't worry too much about it until you are ready to add Fish or corals.
    Then I would make sure your PH is perfect
