    yes, i do like the fish. i moved the duncans over to a corner where my largest fish hangs out. the filefish doesn't spend a lot of time over there so hoping he will spend his time on the kenyas and aiptasia and leave the duncans alone. i don't expect this to actually work but thought i would give it a shot.

    I had a real nice one when I started my tank from a group of fish I bought off CL.

    He pecked at my snails.

    I sold him to a lfs for a credit.

    Interesting fish though

    I have 2 males in my 200 gallon tank that I got to combat aiptasia... They never even touched them I'm sad to say. They've never messed with any of my coral but I did witness one of them kill a peppermint shrimp I had. :( They are definitely cool fish to watch though.

    males have a fine bristly patch on the tail right before the fin. best seen looking the fish head on or from the bottom up

    No, he lived for a year. When I moved him to a community tank, he just didn't thrive. He turned green when we added Ulva to the tank. Before that he was the average color.
