The RODI connects to the sump through 1/4" tubing that goes around a door and through a thick conrete wall :)

I wonder if your better half liked that R/O tube running all over the wall and door. Luna

Actually, it doesn't bother me at all, it's not all that visible and is only in the laundry room... the tube goes right into the sump on the other side. Drilling through that concrete was another story ;)

Really love the RSM250. In two minds though myself as really want a sump, refugium, UV sterlizer and Ozonizer. Also cultivating Copepods in the refugium.
So dunno depends if I can find a nice enough cabinent for my first reef aquarium. Otherwise I will be inspired by your sump/refugium design mate! Thanks for sharing. Things where starting to get complicated though for me when you starting doing the DIY overflow and so on

    Thank you!

Don't get discouraged, you don't necessarilly need a DIY overflow box, a standard 3" overflow can be incorporated as long as you do it before you fill the tank with water and leave enough room between the Max and the wall for the box to fit. The return from the sump and the ATO pretty simple.

Let me know if I can help you with anything in particular. Will be happy to :)

Thank you. Appreciated greatly. Will be keeping an eye on your tank thread here! ;D

BTW don't forget to keep us updated with photos of your tank so we can see how the corals and livestock are developing ;)
