sorry you're having so much trouble. for the temperature aspect i would suggest just getting a normal aquarium heater with a turndial on it and get a thermometer and you can get it set to where you want until you can get the controller working properly.

Thanks ya'all for your responses :) REALLY appreciate your concerns.... I have already re-calibrated the probe and the controller is an aquatronica (one of the few good ones you can get here in Europe). Temperature is stable now but the lights came on last night at 12am for no reason whatsoever. So, I hope that my lfs guy will come out and fix it or replace it. I lost my mulitcolor zoas already because of this and the guy is being an a...h... . Guess this is a macho country?! I always speak my mind and I guess some people can't deal with it... but oh well... I will see what will happen. Just the last thing I need is to have an issue with the only lfs here on the island (still have 3 companies I have to deal with...). But thanks a million again for your concern!!!

FINALLY the guy came by and replaced some parts that were defective. This morning the temperature had dropped majorly and the reading on the controller just said that the device was disconnected. Now, all seems to be working fine. Let's hope that it's going to stay like this. This past week was just a nightmare....!!!!

Thanks Kacy... yep ... upset about the zoas but all other corals and fish survived this nightmare.... so let's hope all will be good from here on. I am planning on getting some more corals this coming weekend (provided everything remains stable). I'll update ya' all with pics.
    Best to you.
