    I have all the necessary parts and materials (the mortar was the last I was waiting on and it got in last week). I also have a 1'x1' test piece of the PVC plate. Either today or tomorrow I will be doing a full test on the piece including bulkhead, sand, mortar, PVC tube, etc. to see how it plays out.
