    So I added some egg crate and am floating the chaeto, but I have noticed a brown algae starting to grow on the chaeto. Is that Normal?

    yes it is, but the wheels are rated at 400 lbs a piece. They are holding up grate and havent even had a squeek out of them. Tank/stand and all are probably about 800lbs where the wheels combined are about 1600lbs. I have a buddy that has been running the same wheels on his 120G set up for 2 years and never had a problem.
