Welcome. How did you get your rock to float LOL? Dont worry about the rock being all shelf. Get a hammer bust it up (wear safety glasses) and put it back together the way you want too. look through the "show off your fish tanks" section there are a lot of great build threads and you can get ideas on stacking, attaching rocks. The other thing is if you like the way your rock work looks keep it. its your tank and you have to be the one that is happy with it. if your not happy play with it until you are. if your wanting different rock look on craigs list. there are a lot of people that get out of the hobby and you can find good deals on there. I bought my new rock from marco rocks and couldn't be happier. I called them and told them the kind and shapes of rocks I was wanting and when I got I dont think i could have picked the pieces better myself. good luck

My lion doesnt like to eat anything that isnt moving. He is wierd, I have a damsel in the tank that i used to cycle the tank and I figured the lion would eat him, but he doesnt go near him. I didnt know goldfish where bad for him. I heard guppies where ok so I will probably switch to that if he wont start eating silversides/

    wall tank

I didnt take pics as I was building. So the second pic is the rear of the tank in the utility closet. I had to locate all my equipment to the sides due to the space. It was really simple I just cut a hole out to the correct size built a shelf and trim out the openeing. The hardest part was moving the tank OMG me and the wife made this lift lol almost dropped it twice but we got it!! Also the water supply is conveniently in that closet so I set up my RO/DI in there along with some shelves for my supplies. The two trash cans hold 60gallons of water until im ready for a water change. Oh and my watchman goby decided to come out so I got a cool pic of him also lol. Enjoy thx for the comments im really enjoying this hobby!!
