    I wish I could have cuttles again. I got mine to feed frozen within a couple of days* by rubbing thawed mysis on their tentacles (they have taste buds). Those are small enough to be sepia bandensis. Aren't they?

    I'm so jealous/ happy for you :) . That's going a lot better than mine did. The night they were in transit, my tank broke.

    * a couple o days after they arrived; i think they were about a week and a half old.

    I thought cuttlefish needed extreme care and weren't suited for aquariums. Good luck!

    They are definitely for advanced aquarists only and they require a species tank.

    Sepia bandensis click on the articles. The main problem is feeding when their young. Other than that they're not harder than most cephs.

    Very cool...that is what I thought they were but I was not sure of the species. They are very small but very active already.

    I am definately going to start trying to feed them on frozen rigth away.

    Jwin...from what I read a 20g tall is really minimum size. I will have to sell some of them in a couple months if they all survive.
