My new cuttlefish babies!

LOL...it was funny, my LFS had a really cool octopus in and the owner made me a great deal today. I actually thought about it for a few minutes...went up to see him and saw him eat. It was AWESOME! The color morph of him hunting was amazing!

However, I thought about it and decided it was not a good thing to do as 1. they live only about 12-13 months and this was full grown so probably about 6 months old, and 2. the cost to keep it fed. I would have to totally mod the tank again, and it is eating emerald crabs..right now about 2-3 every couple days...so at $7.00 and about 6 a week, that would be $42 high end, and 28 low end. Plus I keep thinking I am going to tailor down my fish collection and octopus require a ton of stimulation to keep them sane

So for now I am going to wait and see what jumps at me. I have thought about doing some older cuttles, but again, like the octopus you really have no way of knowing how old it is and with a short life of 12 months.....

I might move my seahorses into the bigger tank and start a non-photo coral collection? Not sure
