No, I would say they are like most lps corals.

Ryan it depends on how well the coral was handled. If they are miss handled then they can be difficult. Make sure when you get one that the coral is deflated before you remove it from the water and that you avoid touching the flesh.

 

Great coral, mine has tips that seem to change colors depending on what lights are on. Sometimes they're blue and sometimes purple.
