    I bought some live rock and it took me almost two weeks to realize this tube anemone was on the back of the rock! lol I don't know much about them and I haven't had much luck finding anything so any advise is welcome.

    thats not a tube anemone dear, that looks a BIG OL" aiptaisa to me

    i know they like nice sandbed and i feed mine very small eices of shrimp, to big anf it will hurt their tenticles. mine was hot pink color, very nice at night

    never had em, but i hear they can take over a tank. squirting lemon juice into the mouth of it with a syringe works from what ive read.

    also ive seen these pink ones avilible in the lfs stores , some are very pretty' i just dont like the fact their to near to an aiptaisa is like a rodent in a tank .
    i dont know of your type here will spread like the common brown

    it looks like a "glass" or "trumpet" aiptasia, to me from what im seeing in search engines
    Kill it now sweety, get rid of it it'll spread and DO NOT feed it

    All of the lfs around here sells them as tube anemone's I know what aiptasia looks like but this is bright green in the center. I have even found a lot of sights that sell them as tube anemone's as well. Am I missing something?

    No worries Jamie, that is a tube anemone, 100% for sure.

    People need to get their eyes checked. (either that or get a batch of aitapsia in their tank to remember what aitapsia looks like). 8)
