    the coraline is ok, not real great, but more than enough to start off with. And this is mostly for the base anyway.
    But you're right about it being porous. And in the pic it look solid compared to what it looks like in real :)

    I like the way you describe them. "Life Rock" instead of "Live Rock". Looking closely it is true! A lot of life in a chunk of rock.

    Here is a piece that I bought from them 3 weeks ago at $5.00 a pound. Did they say when they might be getting some more in? I know the visibilty has been all messed up from the Hurricanes.
    I am glad to see that your tank is moving along nice and smooth. Luck and Karma to ya ;)

    They did have new rock last week. So I think that had other reasons than the hurricane. I guess they'll have new stuff next week. I'll be there at 12 (I think the secret is to be on time, then they have a lot of good stuff)

    And the price was mainly because we were standing there for an hour and I think he felt real guilty ;)
    But... for that price... I'll wait 2 hours next week
