I have cleaned many a tank with lionfish, scorpion fish, sharks, and a few other dangerous species. I have yet to have anything happen that would be close enough to call a possible oops. You should be fine. It will be more afraid of you and therefor hide in the rocks.

You know if you're that worried you could always wear gloves ? Venomous would never stop me from getting a fish I liked. Ive been more comfortable with my foxface as of lately, I let him eat out of my hand now, and man is he a nori hoover. lol
