Ok All, so it all began with a failed QT tank , left the project for a new improvised idea n , and so far it looks goods, now i need you guys for some thoughts :

Option 1 : i can leave it with a waterfaller filter and a wavemaker f ,no electric light , no skimmer , as u can see there is plenty of sun light as i have windows covering 180 degrees angles and i live in a warm country where we have sun most of the year , i though to leave it fishless for a natural "amazonas" look :)

Option 2 : i can connect it to my 60gallon tank , and make a real refugium out of it , but the headache of overflow installation and maintenance got me to take two steps back.

Option 3 : (my preffered one) still a stand alone tank . but with 2 -3 fish wth 20-20% water change every 2 weeks, still no skimmer , no electric light.

one of the question is if the mangrove will need some live stock in it to grow on the nitrate , or they still will be able to grow without any fishes that will create nitrogen circle , or just live rocks would be enough ?

    +1

The mangroves will need food, as will the live rock. Don't think you'll need to do 20 - 20% water changes every 2 weeks, though; with only 2 or 3 fish, the mangroves should take care of the nitrate and phosphate.

I plant To get a small yellow tang for my 250l reef soon, do u think I can still use it as a qt? The reason I am asking is as it is not set as a qt, i guess it is useless correct ?

Yeah, no dice on the qt now. If you should need to medicate a sick fish, you'd kill your bio-filter and possibly the mangroves.
