As my purple tang has been VERY VERY aggressive and killing all of my fish, I decided to "rehome" him. I am having a little bit of problems with his new home though....
He keeps splashing water out of the tank. So I top off the tank, and it is already at 1.030?
Also now his is laying sideways, well not really sideways...kind of touching his fins to the sides, kind of leaning......
    Here is his new home!

his tank is my centerpiece of my coffee table. The cat keeps trying to fish him out but he bits hard.

You really should find the tang a new home. It will quickly waste away in there.

what you guys dont think a 5 gallon tank with no filtration is enough for a very large purple tang doing daily water change?

Tangs swim over large distances and therefore need lots of room to swim in out tanks. That is why it is splashing.
