My new zoas!

    So after I took out the bristleworms, I took some shots of my new additions. I tried to focus the camera on the different colonies with my 5D. I seriously need to get a macro lens again.
    I have no idea what these are, but the guy that runs the LFS was giving me good deals on them, and I just kept saying "ok those are pretty, ok those too, yup."
    Most have opened up, but a few are being stubborn still. :p

    Well from what I can see they look great!! Very pretty zoanthids! Looks like you have some green bay packers, kedds reds, and sahara dreams, along with some other zoas that I cant really id off the top of my head but nicely done!!!

    oh and it looks like the one in the middle of the back may actually be a palythoa on second glance!

    Thanks! The one single guy (I think he did call it a paly) he gave to me for free since he was by himself. My fiancee really liked the pink/purple ones.
    They sure do poop alot though. :p

    The frag rack was something I made. I made a surface viewer and decided to squeeze eggcrate into it so any detritus (or worms) will get trapped and not make it into my tank.
    I can make on of those for you if you want. I'm going to be making a few frag racks soon and putting them up here for everyone. I just picked up a ton of reef safe magnets to make them stable. My frags took a spill last night when the box tipped over. Luckily I pulled all the bristleworms out of the box before that happened. The zoas didn't like hitting the sand though. :oops:
