Sorry I can not help you with the size of the baffles.

Do you know specifically what koralias you have ?

What type of lighting are you planning ?

The total volume is a good size and I like the 40 gal breeder for the sump, you will have tons of room.

Sounds like you have a good handle on it, is the LFS assisting you ?

There are some good build threads on this forum, you just have to skim through them and see what you can garner that applies to your set up.

What are you going to use skimmer wise ?

Are you planning on growing macro algaes in the sump?

Make your baffles no higher than the maximum water depth that the skimmer works at.

Looks like you have a well thought out plan.

Looking forward to the continued growth on this tank.

    thanks for the help

me and my dad were talking and thinking about doing more of a build in look.

i will take pics to see what you think but we would build the wall out so it is not on a stand and then texture the wall like the rest of the house??

    thanks!!!

but i have a questions to ask you

do you think it would look bad if the stand or wall counter what ever you call it was bigger than the tank
