    Is that 1/2 inch pvc you're using? What is your return pump? Sorry if I missed it.

    bo 65 no!!!

    no it is one inch and 3/4 return my return pump is a mag 7 that is t off to locline for my fuge and also my out put is out of 3 1/2 inch locline at the top off the over flow

    tomorrow i go and see the cad drawings of the stand and canopy any one have ideas on air flow through the bottom thought of 6 large computer fans for air curc. any thoughts

    so slow but it is coming along:p

    the stand is done getting finished on wed. thurs. is the clear friday is the saltwater protectant. I will pick it up around then, i saw it yesterday and it was amazing and he still was not done with it. it was quite exspensive at 1,250$ after finishing it.

    now i am ordering 100 lbs of rock from reefcleaners.org.

    STOCKING
    the deal was that if i got this tank i would have a mandron goby so that is a have to. this is what i like

    mandron goby
    sea horse
    bangi cardinal
    ?hawk fin? (i like the look of them)
    dwarf flame angel
    Labout's Fairy Wrasse
    clown
    Bluespotted Watchman Goby
    Neon Damselfish/SIZE]
    dotty back
    is that alot or what i am not to sure on stocking and i know some are not compatible but what ones.

    Uh, oh! :eek: I see a bent corner on 3 of those dollars! That's a lot of cash. haha. The stand looks great though. :)

    That's a lot of fish for a 65g.

    Stock list looks ok except for the sea horse and the mandarin goby they need a mature tank with plenty of pods to eat, and the sea horses need their own system to be in for many reasons, but flame angels are a great choice just be careful with them if you want to add coral they have been known to pick at them. Build looks great though I will def follow til the end!! You also might want to look at the number you have and pic out your favorite fish out of the group

    Ok I plumed it and am filli it with water now. Any tips as I go are appreciated.
    Also how do I care for a ro unit
    All I know is long run times I think!!!

    Hello guyss...really the only fish that can be kept in a 5 gallon would require a heater. A betta is the only fish that you can keep in a 5 gallon and like I said it requires a heater.
