My Orphek LED Lighting upgrade.

I finally got to order my Orphek PR-156 to upgrade from the PR-25s that I have been using for the last few months. I have done well with the PR-25s but wanted to be ready to move to the 120g I am planning. It has been a long time coming. These are some pics from a few weeks ago when I got the light and installed it. So far I have seen better growth on all my SPS than I have since I set this tank up a little over a year ago.

Thanks, I am very lucky. The wife agreed to let me purchase on the condition that she gets the money from selling the ones we took off....

 

sure are nice looking units. was considering getting one of those, but they seem to be just the wrong size for a 90gal. the cost of getting 2 to make sure the edges are lit is making DIY seem the better option for me.

They said i would need 2 over my 75gal also and so i went a diff direction. But they are amazing fixtures
