Winter is nearly over in the north, so I'm itching to get my other hobby back out on the road again.

I'm waiting until I can be sure we won't get another freeze so that I can de-winterize my Airstream.

Anyone else on here with an Airstream? Especially a vintage one, I love hearing about those.

That's a sweet Airstream TG. They're major bucks here in California.

We took it to Disney in the fall and camped at Fort Wilderness. The Airstream seemed pretty inexpensive compared to some of the motorcoaches I saw. LOL

Nice avatar! Gotta love the playoff vanishing acts. At least your team makes the playoffs though. It's been too many years since I watched the playoffs and actually cared who won.

I LOVE those things! I did a custom interior on an old one a few years back and have wanted one ever since. What year is yours? Is it as hard to keep that shell clean as it looks?

Mine is a 2008. Cleaning it is a pain because the storage lot where I keep it doesn't have a water line for me to use.

When I had it in Florida I got it cleaned by a company that does nothing but RV detailing. I guess the huge number of RV's in Florida and basically having 4 seasons for recreation make that a great business idea.

The next trip will be to a campground in Mass. that is halfway between Boston and Cape Cod. Hopefully I can swing that this spring.

I'm trying to use road trips as an excuse to use with my wife to get a CA reactor for my tank. LOL
