My overflow box keeps losing syphon????

    So I came home last nite and water was all the way to the top of my tank about to start spilling over the sides??? For some reason my overflow tube keeps losing its syphon...I have never had this problem yet and I have had the same set up for about 7 months...It has done this 4 times now in the past week? Does anyone know how to fix this?? I have clean out the U tube...cleaned out the box i duno what to do I cant keep coming home to a tank that is about to overflow

    are you sure your u-tube is still airtight?

    Is it cracked or broken? The only thing I can think of is that air bubbles are building up very quickly causing the siphon to break.
