I used to work for a dive shop, and let me tell you. Diving in freshwater is so much easier than saltwater, which equates to it being so much more fun because you don't have to worry or work as hard. But diving is fun no matter where you do it and there is decent visibility.

Update:

Still waiting on the USDA

The city approved the building permit
The fire department approved the plans
We do have asbestos on some tile in the back room but its under 160 sq feet so we can remove it without an abatement contractor

This thread will get fun in the next couple of weeks I hope!

Send me a PM when you're ready. I have favorite people to deal with at various wholesalers. In other words, when they say, "Curt, you're gonna love this XYZ fish or coral"......they are right. You need people like this. Some people just want to make the sale. Others consider themselves part of your business. This business is just like any other.....it's VERY relationship based and you need the eyes of someone like that looking out for you. It's a two-way street. You have to do your part too. Pay your bills on time. This is a small industry. Everyone knows everyone. If you don't pay, everyone else knows quickly.
