    ok, I started out with 2 of these about 2 weeks ago, this morning I noticed they had multiplied! I think they are some type of snail eggs but thought I would get opinions. They dont move at all, they are just stuck to my overflow box.

    I have the same sort of things on my sump and overflows but mine look like fuzzy/hairy..

    I'll be following this thread :)

    quick update and an observation.
    there are only 2 of the sacks left. I was looking at them yesterday and noticed the whole surface of the overflow where they are was crawling with pods :) they seem to be grazing on the algea growing on the face of the overflow because it has been rapidly disappearing over the last 3 days :)
