holy poop that is freaking cool...when leonard from advanced aquarist emailed me i didnt think it would be ending up everywhere...i am flattered my hard work, effort and dedication to this tank have not gone unnoticed..

well it has been a month or so...here are some new pics with some more coral..yes you heard right i added more stuff in there...as usual let me know what you think...

White ball corallimorph: on the little rock behind the palys


New 5$ worth of Gonipora buds: i hope they colour up and live...tough coral to keep, let alone get to recover..


New Hollywood stunner chalice: needs to colour up a little more blue, but still looks sweet.


New Pokerstars montipora, also needs to get some blue back.
LOL i forgot to take a pic but it can be seen in the right side pick just behind the kenya tree, under the orange digitata..

 

WOW! This tank is awesome! Idk how you do it on such a small scale and make it look soo good. Nice job.

I'm just seting up my pico reef what do you use for filtration?

 

filter floss - gets changed every couple days.
bag purigen - havent changed it in almost a year now
bag of GAC - change this out monthly
bag of Phosban - change this out monthly as well ( mixed in same bag as GAC)
