When I first started looking for a big tank 220 was my choice too until I saw the 300DD. Be careful though, 300DD is tricky getting it to fit through doorways. I hired a moving company to get mine in the house! It has to be turned sideways to fit..

Its that or wait a few years and hopefully when I redo our kitchen we are adding a great room and I want to do a 400 gallon room divider. I just wish I went bigger from the start.

I just picked up a MP40WES -brand new in the box for $259 shipped. Wow! So now the DT will have (2) MP40's instead of one MP40 and one MP10.... Man working from home is fun, I mean dangerous!

I am with you on the snow! I know that you all have gotten a lot more than us in the midwest but we just had a snow storm Wednesday into Thursday and below 0 temperatures last night and this morning. This is crazy for the first week of March. I am sooooo ready for spring!

yeah I cant have any more snow days. They cost me to much money! LOL Like being able to get out to my LFS doesn't cost anything. I met a guy today to sell a light, left him went and picked up a few more frags. Ugh its such an addiction.

But check this bad boy out!!!! Watermelon Chalice!

Note to self - Don't meet a fellow addict at the LFS to sell something to and have cash in hand.

Yeah thanks! I could not pass it up. Went right in the DT tank instead of the frag tank.

I feel ya on being stuck inside. Not for snow reasons, it's in the 80's down here. While I've been cooped up, I've bought a new/used skimmer, new/used T5 lights, pair of clowns, frogspawn, increased size of my CUC, new golf grips for my clubs.. etc. etc. I need to get back out to my office!

So today I got my new Mp40 in, so now I have 2 in the DT - much better. I also emptied out the grow out tank and took out all the white sand - it was WAY to fine blew all over the place - even was getting up into the DT> I used a coarse sand down there and so MUCH better. The fish went to a new home. As much as I liked having them, my wife had a hard time with them. I put my Kole tang and pair maroon clowns in there and now have no rock - no fish in my frag tank - a MUCH cleaner way to go about the downstairs. I eventually will get a small tang just to keep the frag tank clean. Today is a little bittersweet though. Kinda sad letting go of the fish.
