my plate coral is doing something weird

    my long tentacle plate coral is expelling black stuff out of its mouth. it was perfectly fine earlier and now stuff is coming out of it. can anyone identify this?
    will it poison my fish and other corals?

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Just expelling waste, LPS corals do this as well as anemones, zoanthids.....

    Yes, I feed it phytoankton (DT's) every other day. Do you know of anything different I should feed it? My lfs recommended live phytoplankton. Haha, ya it just scared me bacause it excreted LOTS of stuff.
