my plate coral is doing something weird

    You can feed them mysis and bits of larger food also.

    okay, cool. Thanks 2in1. It expelled so much stuff earlier that I had to make sure a chromis hadn't came up missing. LoL

    I don't think the phyto is doing it any good... they eat meaty foods... I feed mine mysis, scallops, and bits of octopus.

    The phyto is probably going to feed other planktonic stuff in your tank though, which will likely reproduce and perhaps become food for the coral one day.

    +1. Take a look at Rods's Foods, it has a nice mixture of all good meaty seafood stuff.
