My puffer has weird eyes.

    My porcupine puffer has weird eyes one eye is black and the other is clear. What does this mean does anyone know?

    it could be eye fluke

    or just a bacterial infection

    Treatment 3

    either way both need treating. I doubt that its pop eye - as if it was, the eye would be hanging out.

    I agree with PhoenixHeights. Cataracts caused by flukes or infections can become permanent if not treated.

    A cataract was my first guess. Don't know the cause. I will have to read up on that which has already been stated by PH. I get to learn something today!!!!!!
