Agent Jones, you're riding my dream bike. Either the ZX6R or the Suzuki GSXR 600. But the GSXR's have a kind of bad reputation...but I don't care about that too much.

I'm also a fan of a bright yellow with red or black trim. Or black with gray. Or red with white. :D

Mi madre won't let me take out a loan for a motorcycle like she let me do with my car, so I gotta wait for my wallet to get fat before I drop a load for one. I'm interested in the newer EX250's...the '08 and above looks flippin sweet for a 250. However, I'm afraid I might grow out of it rather quickly if I start with a 250. Who knows. What'd you learn to ride on, Agent? :p

the ninja 250 is a pretty sweet bike to learn on, can ride it for a couple of years pretty easily, a buddy of mine is my size, 6'3" and 200+lbs and it'll still go 80+, dont fall into the trap of trying to learn on a 600+cc bike you'll just end up hurt

Ok that makes me happier. Because the new design for the ninja 250 looks awesome in my opinion. Plus, by the time I get around to buying one, the '08's will be cheaper to buy used :D

I'm only 6'1 so knowing a 6'3" dude fits on one nicely helps haha

For those who don't know what the heck I'm talking about, here:

This was the Kawasaki EX250 (ninja) design from the late 80's to 2007.

Here's the 2008 and above design change. Same basic components i believe, just a more perfected suspension. And it's only 248cc, meaning I can't get into too much trouble when trying to learn how to ride this thing. I'm opting for walking before running, instead of vice versa. That's one reason why GSXR's have a bad rep. Because newbies' parents go out and buy them they're nice little crotch rocket and they drop the thing coming out of the parking lot or low siding on some random road somewhere. Just because they are the stereotypical "crotch rocket" doesn't mean the rider's are irresponsible or the bike's are screaming metal death traps. I've sat on several cruisers, and they just feel weird to me and I guess my youth. I feel more in control or "one" with the machine when sitting more forward like sport bikes ride, the same riding position as a bicycle basically, kind of sort of yeah.

    Ok I'm done now :D

I miss having a bike, I got rid of my last one in '06 and have been sans since. Had a couple of 'zukis('02 GSXR1000, '03 'Busa) and ended up buying an '04 Aprilia RSV 1000R Factory which lasted until I moved out of state. Now I have promised the fiance no more...she has this silly picture in her head I might hurt myself riding :p

What'd you think of your Busa? :D Did you shift to second gear to add in some variety? :D :p Those things are beasts. I couldn't even imagine myself on one.

Actually, it was a blast and a kitten on the road once you got used to it :) Enjoyed it more then the gsxr1 or the R6 and it was more practical/comfortable then the aprilia for day to day commuting.
