    Are these ok for the tank what clam or they and what do I need to feed them i dont want them to die if there ok for the tank
    this is my first reef tank and it has no fish or corals in it right now but its ready
    anyway thanks for the insight

    I don't know exactly what they're called, some attaching bivalve. I live in Key West and I see them in nooks, crannies, pilings, live rock still at the reef, embedded in sponges all over the place. i caught one a put into my tank and it was attached to live rock in about 5 hrs. Harmless and it will like Marine Snow.
