    Not bad!!!!
You will be able to see better when you have your lights, and rock...then the livestock!
Once this is all intact and running for awhile, you can tweak and change things to better suit your needs and those of your inhabitants!
You may want to increase your water flow and get rid of the bioballs and replae them with live rock!!!! I would do that and try to add some macroalgae to compete for the same nutrients that microalgae feed upon!
Just go slow and read, research and get yourself a log book to monitor and jot things down. Also write down things like when you bought your bulbs so you have a better idea as to when to replace them etc.!

IMO. ditch the bioballs as eventually their beneficial importance will cease, as they get dirty and become nitrate magnets!
Fill the compartment with live rock!!!!!! awesome biological filtration and will be more beneficial especially in the long run for you and your tankmates IMO!

Awsome! I agree with...anything bio-ball-bail... My skimmer is full of bio-bail and I do not think it really helps at all!

    Very sexy skimmer ;)

the protien skimmer was actually meant to replace bio balls due to them holding nitrates

You should really look into the addition of a protein skimmer to your tank set-up. This will help to control nitrates, algae, and DOM! It will also add essential oxygen back into your water column!
