I thought of something this morning that Maya did when she was just a pup...I saw her running around throwing something up in the air and pouncing on it, just having a big time! I thought she had a rock, but it ended up being a big banded trochus snail from my tank! All I could think of was that it somehow crawled out the back of the tank and croaked...she was disappointed when I took her dead snail away...ugh.

Hahaha wow, whenever I take Nanuk for a walk and the wind blows the dead leaves around, he tries to pounce on every single one. Its funny but annoying when you're trying to walk/run.

Before my Golden my family and I always had Rotties. The last one I had named Chloe, I had to put her to rest at 2yrs old due to lymphoma in 80% of her body.. That's another thread all in its own. But while she was with me, anytime I left the house I'd come home to what I called the "Florida Snow Storm" if it was stuffed she would eat it. I tried all the above and nothing seemed to help. The pepper, I'd catch her licking it like a treat off the couch!

Siku at the puppy park today. He weighed in at 40.6# this week. Getting him tired out for when company comes over for Thanksgiving dinner.

We have a good size field behind our shop where we take Siku to play and work on his recall. I like watching Husky's run! Here's a little video.

So far no problems. We learned a command from the trainer to get him to come no matter what, and we reinforce it once or twice a day. I'll try to get a video of that sometime. It's pretty cool. ;D

errrr....thanks, it was 7 degrees this morning, lol. ;) The snow actually just melted over the last few days with heavy fog and drizzle. Now it's frigidly cold with more snow on the way. I would take the heat over the cold, personally, but the dog loves it!
