    I have been on the boards to keep my mind in tact buy my sister was rushed to the hospital this week and passed away yesterday. 3reef is like family and excuse me if I chill for a while.

    I'm strong to the finish cause I eats me spinach. I'm ReefBruh the reefing man. Toot Toot.

    I'm terribly sorry for your loss. Your family will be in my prayers.

    I'm not going to say "I know how you feel" because I don't know how you feel. Hopefully you'll be able to put your "nervous energy" into action and get some things done. Maybe your sister liked to support a charity. A little volunteer work for that charity would be cool. It's better to do something to honor her rather than thinking about her and being sad. (I'm offering this advice, not to tell you what to do, rather I'm telling you what helped me when my mom died).
