    Hello,i decidet to build a home made skimmer and after 2 day result that skimmer.So i dont know if working because i not instaled yet because must be make a sump.This skimmer i bulid for 90g reef.

    I hope still work.[​IMG] for the moment not have instaled pump.I will back with another pictures sun when is ready my sump.

    thank you.in will return soon with some pictures and plans and sketches. now I want finish 3x150w lamp for aquarium hqi.this is easier because I made a lamp for freshwater Aquarium by 90g. 6x39w T5 HO.i like so much DIY ;)

    hello again.i am back again today I wanted to try skimmer and I had a surprise. skimer we put in water with detergent I connected a pump 1000l / h pump have adapted to a Venturi tube and start. he began to work skimer but not being reached in the foam cup you let some air in the foam cup from beginning to climb in the bucket.I think that if skimer is normally tight foam has no where to go. must make a hole in the top to get air?



    or you use a turbine needles no longer need that hole?
