My T5 lamp setup - new lamp suggestions

3 aqua blues is going to make for a VERY white tank. I tried 3 aqua blues, 2 actinic plus, and a figi purple over my 125 and to be honest it looked like the flourescent lighting isle at home depot. it was way too white for my tastes, but if you like that look have at it.

I personally would go with a figi purple, 2 ATI aqua blues, and an actinic plus in the four 54w spots and add anything you feel is lacking (color wise) to the 28w spots.

I decided im going with 2 Giesman aquablues (12k) and 2 pure actinics.

They had the setup over a 90 at my LFS that focuses more on t5 and it was just right.

Personally i would like it to be a little more blue actually. but i want them to grow.

Like you said, i can also add more to the 28W slots to suppliment. But those spots wont have SLR's

Damn those german bulbs are expensive tho... 4 bulbs is going to run me around $100 - $110
