Last night after my water change I was looking at my tank and I noticed that one of my tangs eyes has a small amount of fogginess on it. It isn't covering the whole eye but just a small amount, it actually looks blueish in fogginess and I noticed that the tang was going to the cleaner shrimps for a cleaning.

I had eye clout on one of my cichlids but this is not a bulging swollen eye. Anyone have any ideas? Could all the water changes have caused stress on the tang?

It might have just scratched the eye and will most likely clear up on its own. No other signs of disease? White spots, scratching against the rock? Is it eating ok?

    Try adding iodine to help.

No ich, I checked that first thing, no other signs of distress. It's swimming around as usual, pickin at algae and it eats amazingly. Tangs I have observed, are piglets. My other fish have a hard time getting food because the tang is so fast.

I thought maybe it got a scratch, the tang has been trying to get to some algae on the powerhead, but it always gets blown away by the flow. It's fun to watch because it'll keep going back and trying.

Is there any other signs to look for?

Nope, just keep an eye on it and if it develops spots or stops eating or if the eye gets cloudier, give us an update :)

Make sure your nitrates are low. If it gets worse place it in a QT tank and treat with penicillin or furan and keep nitrates and ammonia 0 in the QT tank.
Most eye cloud is due to an injury and will get better on its own with good water chemistry. But if its getting worse treat it immediately. You might want to set up a QT and have it ready with antibiotics on hand just in case.
With the penicillin and most antibiotics you will want to soak some food in it. Good luck.

It doesn't seem to be eye cloud. It is smaller now. All my perameters are good except my nitrates. Nitrates are at 20 but I have been lowering them with water changes. Tang is still eating and swimming, still no other signs of distress. I think it scraped it's eye by swimming in tight places.

I don't think nitrates are as much the problem. Nitrites would give you more signs of problems! Your water parameters are in check which is good! Salinity is fine as well!?

Yuppers. I have been monitoring everything. I guess the ca and alk never get a chance to really drop since I have been doing water changes every other day. I do have to check the salinity, last week it was 1.026. All livestock is doing great, and my corals look really good. The flow I changed around and it seems to be doing it's job. I am now only feeding every other day and very minimal amounts. I have learned my lesson. From now on, little feeding, vacuum substrate with ever water change, blow rocks with turkey baster.
