You spent about a year in the fish store. :)

    Thanks!

Even offered to let you ride the extra Harley in the garage but you keep coming up with excuses not too. Guess you are afraid of a real bike, them crouch rockets are a High School boys bike.

Shoot a decent smoker is too much money to be spending right now. Got my eye set on one of these 110's in the spring. $35k

Much too easy to just fire up the gas, heck it was only hambugers.

My husband and I have a grill and on one side is charcoal and the other is gas. It is so much easier if you are just doing burgers to go gas but steaks, chicken or other needs the real stuff!!

Now Geek I will listen to your advice all day long when it comes to reefing. And I mean all day long. When it comes to smoking now I am gonna take the lead on this one. When smoking it is best to never mix your woods. One wood type dedicated per cooking session. Never mix them together. It is too much and the flavors aren't as distinguishable.;)

ONLY HAMBURGERS !!!! WOW Scott you got alot to learn!

So when are we gonna have a throw down? Bobby Flay style !!!

i use gas here to, saves a ton of time I do prefer charcoal but keeping all the stuff around is a hassle when space and time is tight anyway, gas grill I turn it on, cook my food, turn it off and forget about it till I need it again

Very nice ride! Hopefully, I'll be able to see it personally if/when you come up for another visit. I bought Roger a smoker shortly after he moved up here so I guess we can see where my priorities lie.

I've got both but rarely use the charcoal. I save that for stuff like ribs.

You know what I find the funniest out of all? Is that we will spend hours taking care of our tanks and animals , but when it comes to us, quicker is better ! ::)
