    That looks really good

Ill be honest and say, just looking at the images, I am unable to "see" what goes where in that cube set up (easier to picture finished layout with the standard rectangular design)

I would appreciate the pictures of it set up and also a description of how the water moves about the system in that layout

Don't worry, there will be plenty of pics when it's all set-up and running so you have a better idea. It was hard trying to figure out how to divide it up proportionately so that the water flowed through it with it being a cube. If it helps your visualization, the water kind of flows in an S-shaped pattern, complicated I know.

Alright, it's finally done and up and running. Boy was getting it going a pain. I've never set up an overflow and fuge before so this was a big learning curve. When I first turned on the return pump, my tank level just kept rising and rising and nothing was overflowing. I was on the verge of a whole tank overflow but was able to turn the pump off in time. Idk if any of you are familiar with the CPR overflow boxes but there are two areas that have to have water in them when you turn on the optional aqualifter pump, which I got, in order to get the siphon going. Turns out only one of these areas had water in it so the siphon never started. I got everything fixed and eventually got it running on about my third attempt. The only thing I have left to do now is move my ATO float switches down to the fuge. Here are the pics of it up and running:

well those baffles seem to be doing their job judging by the images
I can see distinctly different water levels between the section with rock in and the section with the return pump

I know I am a PITA , but I cant see whats occuring on the other side?
is it possible to get images of the 2 sections, of which one contains the input from the overflow?

You are a big PITA Steve :), but bc I like you this is the best that I can do:

There's really nothing to the input right now, just the drain pipe.

I see the sand and the Chaeto and that section is higher than the next one
and can now "feel" the S shape you where talking about

Good to hear. I was worried at first about the overall shape and debated about various other plans but this one seems to be working just fine. I can see flow throughout the entire fuge.

Thanks, I really like how the fuge is divided into two different sections. It allows me to pile more rubble in the first area and then leave the second area for the chaeto. So far everything is working out great. Just ordered a larger return pump that should be here on friday.
