    Cleaner wrasse, huh?

Those typically don't do well in captivity.

Is it a flesh wound or HLLE
either case, add vitamin c to the tank and soak food in dissolved vitamin c

There will not be enough parasites etc to feed a cleaner wrasse completely in your tank forever, you will need to get it to eat prepared food or it will starve eventually, it may take a while though.

soaking the food in selcon and or garlic might help to get it to eat. Marine c does help heal wounded fish, so that can't hurt either.
