Left for the fish store this morning and every one was doing fine. Came home with a couple new corals and found the tang sucked to the blower on the side of the glass. I'm bummed. I checked parameters and everything is good. Not sure why. I have had him for about 3 weeks and never saw him eat anything other than pecking at the glass. Wonder if he starved and got weak.

...generally...when a fish gets sucked into a device..IME, it is because of some weakness...pick your poison..stress from acclimation, tank mates ...etc etc..it don't matter..but I have never seen a healthy vertebrate get sucked into anything.
sorry for your loss.. : (

Size of tank? How did you acclimate it? What tank-mates? What filtration?
    Sorry for your loss:(
