Mystery coral?

    This was underneath a shell (rubble). I am surprised it is alive having very little flow. It has grown in size over the past 2 weeks. What is it?

    What exactly are we talking about in this pic? The little white dots? I don't see any coral for sure. Maybe some algae (green and possibly the red) I would say the white dots are possibly small tube worms but I can
    t get a good look in that pic.

    Its the clear, polyp-like structure on the bottom left side of the shell.

    Top left near the thumb? Looks like a small white Finger coral.

    Oval shaped? That looks to me to be some kind of sponge maybe. Is it firm?

    Its oval, kindof firm, like a large zoanthid

    OK, I am confused as to which growth we are talking about. People seem to be thinking the white spot. But I thought you were asking about this growth coming off the the left side of the shell?

    This brown growth sticking out looks like a zoanthid (polyp closed in picture).
