And the hair on that dude.....is how I styled mine in the early 80's. I was such a stud. OMG, truly a chick magnet. Combine that haircut with a trumpet and a membership to the chess club, I was on my way to being one of the most popular kids in school......NOT!!!!

I love this thread! I HAVE BEEN LAUGHING THE ENTIRE WAY THROUGH. Very cool tank. You need a cool shag carpet under it. Maybe a velvet Elvis hanging on the wall....oohh ya! Now we're talkin.'

There is actually no rust on it anywhere, its in pretty good shape.
Im using if for my oscar (fresh water) only. I would love for saltwater, but Im happy with my little 30gal for now.

Lol, we just replaced the carpet in our house which was this nasty old shag carpet with different shades of brown all mixed together. It was gross.
We do still have the retro wallpaper in the kitchen.

Well, the tank didnt have a leak when we filled it up the first time, so we decided to add the fish and enjoy. Last night at around 2:15am I heard a gut wrenching "Pitter patter" noise. I flicked on the light and inspected the tank, sure enough it had started to drip. I figured it wasnt too serious until suddenly another "pitter patter" and then I was sickened to find two little leaks, one dripping slightly, the other beginning to drip at a faster pace. Horrified I plugged the heater and filter back into the 30gal and waited for an hour for it to warm back up and put the Oscar and Pleco back in the smaller tank.
I bailed out about half of the water and unplugged everything just incase. Now we're going to try and fix the leaks.
    *Sigh*
