    So I'm finally getting the tank and sump this weekend. And will be getting things together to start my drilling of the tank. How can you drill the tank easy and flawlessly?

    Heres the start of my sump and baffles being put in.(30G breeder)

    Here is the sump with two baffles in..

    2 hours later when everything is cured and in place.

    Tomorrow I will tidy up the messy caulking I left behind.

    Materials used:
    -3/8" glass
    -aquarium safe caulking
    -duct tape(keep glass in place)
    -board (gaping lifted baffle)

    Is there anything else I could add to my sump? Sock Filter Holders? anything?

    Looking pretty good! Lol @ the baffles being thicker than the tank glass, but you silicone job looks pretty good for a sump job.

    As for drilling glass, make a hole (template) in a scrap piece of wood. This will help you get a groove without having the bit wander around on you!
